Dark Chocolate. Our 4-bar special reserve Seasonal Collection of dark 70% chocolate. These bars, Autumn, Winter, Spring, and Summer, represent and reflect the nuances of the 21 Degrees Estate terroir in Kahalu'u's  unique rain forest micro climate on Oahu's windward coast.  Cacao is very sensitive to its terroir, so the different seasonal batches harvested at the different times of the long Sep-June harvest season will reflect these nuances in slight temperature change, sunlight hours, precipitation--even wind.  Made for us by award winning Hawaii chocolate maker, Manoa, these bars have only cacao, cane sugar  and cocoa butter so as to let the remarkable high flavor profile of the exquisite cocoa beans to shine through and, as always, provide the maximum nutritional benefits of cacao as well. Milk and Flavor Inclusion Chocolate. Our 2-bar bundle includes a deliciously smooth 21 Degrees Estate (50% Cacao) Milk Chocolate bar, our exclusive "Coco-Olena" vegan bar made with the triple super foods sourced from the farm: cacao, coconut milk and golden turmeric. It features a velvety 55% cacao coconut milk bar dusted with caramelized turmeric.
